We at Plants2Market believe that quality and transparency are important. Therefore, we would like to provide you with an overview of our certifications and the ordering process.
HACCP
Since 2022 we are HACCP certified. It is important for us to comply with this Regulation on hygiene requirements of the manufacture, treatment and placing on the market of foodstuffs (EC-Regulation 852/2004).
Organic
Sustainability, Transparency and Organic Products are important for us. Therefore we have been certified to import and process organic products in 2021.
DIN EN ISO 9001
We proudly received the DIN EN ISO 9001 Certificate for Quality Management.
We also expect this standard from our suppliers ang give preferences to suppliers that have this Certificate.
How does the ordering process work?
Customer inquiry
We supply plants, mushrooms and algae as powder or powder extracts (organic and conventional quality), Minerals, Vitamins an Oils.
On our website you find many available products. If you do not find the required specifications on our Website, please send us an individual inquiry. We continuously improve our product portfolio .
Availability Check
We do not stock any of the products, but work with a large, reliable network of suppliers that we have carefully qualified.
Our standard minimum order quantity is 25 kg. However, depending on the product or supplier, this quantity might be significantly higher or lower.
Quotation and Specification
We will send you an individual offer and the specification for the requested products as soon as possible.
Sample, if necessary
On request we can order a sample of the inquired products. Depending on the quantity and origin a handling fee will be charged
Your Order
If you are happy with the specification and (if applicable) sample, you can place your order. If you order for the first time, we require a payment in advance.
Delivery to our warehouse
As soon as you place your order with us, we order the goods from our supplier, who sends the goods to our warehouse in Leipzig (after prior laboratory analysis)
The supplier sends us the CoA for the product in advance
Delivery to customer
When the goods arrive at our warehouse, they are checked for any damage, integrity of packaging and documents and it is ensured that the goods match with the documents. The packaging of goods themselves are not opened.
The warehouse is also organic certified and does not use pesticides.
If the goods are checked and cleared, they are shipped to you the same or the next day.
In general you will receive the goods within 2-4 weeks, after your order placement. Should it take longer you will be notified immediately.
