We at Plants2Market believe that quality and transparency are important. Therefore, we would like to provide you with an overview of our certifications and the ordering process.
HACCP
Since 2022 we are HACCP certified. It is important for us to comply with this Regulation on hygiene requirements of the manufacture, treatment and placing on the market of foodstuffs (EC-Regulation 852/2004).
Organic
Sustainability, Transparency and Organic Products are important for us. Therefore we have been certified to import and process organic products in 2021.
DIN EN ISO 9001
We proudly received the DIN EN ISO 9001 Certificate for Quality Management.
We also expect this standard from our suppliers ang give preferences to suppliers that have this Certificate.
How does the ordering process work?
Customer inquiry
We offer a diverse range of plant-based raw materials, algae, mushrooms, minerals, and vitamins—in powder, extract, or oil form, in organic or conventional quality.
You can find our current portfolio on our website, which we are continuously expanding. If your desired product is already listed, we look forward to receiving your individual inquiry – and even if it is not (yet) listed, we will be happy to check its availability.
Availability Check
We do not usually keep goods in stock, but work with a carefully selected international network of reliable suppliers.
Our standard minimum order quantity is 25 kg. However, depending on the product or supplier, this quantity might be significantly higher or lower.
Quotation and Specification
We will send you an individual offer and the specification for the requested products as soon as possible.
Sample, if necessary
Upon request, we will order a sample of the products from our suppliers. Depending on the quantity and origin, this may incur costs (e.g., handling fee).
Your Order
If you are happy with the specification and (if applicable) sample, you can place your order. If you order for the first time, we require a payment in advance.
Delivery to our warehouse
As soon as you place your order, we will contact our suppliers. After successful laboratory analysis, the goods will be shipped to our warehouse in Buxtehude.
The supplier sends us the CoA for the product in advance.
Delivery to customer
When the goods arrive at our warehouse, they are checked for possible transport damage, the integrity of the containers, and the completeness and accuracy of the accompanying documents. This ensures that the goods correspond to the paperwork. The containers are not opened.
Our warehouse is certified organic and pesticide-free. Once the goods have been received in accordance with regulations, they are delivered to you. You will usually receive your goods within 2–4 weeks of placing your order. We will inform you in good time in the event of any delays.
