In the blue-green algae are many important nutrients. Among other things, the trace element iron, the mineral calcium and vitamins A and C.

Iron can contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also promotes the formation of red blood cells as well as hemoglobin. The basis for building and maintaining bones is the mineral calcium. Calcium is also important for the maintenance of metabolic processes.

In addition to iron and calcium, vitamins A & C are also present. Vitamin A has positive effects on the skin and vision. Both vitamins strengthen the immune system.
